Radial head fracture
Radial small head fractures are common elbow injuries, accounting for 0.8% of systemic fractures, and about one third of patients have injuries to other joints. The radial head fracture is an intra-articular fracture. If there is a displacement, it should be opened and reduced for internal fixation, restore the anatomical position, and move early to restore elbow extension and forearm rotation.
