Basal cell adenoma

Basal cell adenoma is a benign epithelial tumor of the salivary gland. Klein sasser and Klein (1967) first described its pathological manifestations and listed it as a type of salivary gland tumor. Evans (1970) further elaborated its characteristics. The tissue source of basal cell adenomas is sacral or reserve cells.
