Vulvar wart carcinoma
Verucous carcinoma of the vulva is a special low-grade malignant squamous cell carcinoma. It belongs to a special subtype of squamous cell carcinoma. Most are primary tumors that occur in the immersed area (such as the oral cavity, external genitalia, anus, and palate), and can also occur on the basis of the primary disease such as chronic ulcers, purulent sweat glanditis, and drainage sinus. The tumor is well differentiated and low in malignancy, and slowly develops into a huge mass, which can even block the vulva. Although the macroscopic view of the tumor is scary, it rarely metastasizes to regional lymph nodes.
