Pregnancy with chronic adrenal insufficiency
Chronic adrenal insufficiency is divided into two categories: primary and secondary. The primary person is also called Addison's disease, which is due to insufficient adrenocortical hormone secretion due to pathological changes in the adrenal cortex itself. Secondary refers to those who have insufficient secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) due to hypothalamic-pituitary lesions.
