Primary acute angle closure glaucoma

Primary acute angle-closure glaucoma (APACG) refers to a class of glaucoma that causes an acute increase in intraocular pressure due to angle closure. Congestion in the front of the eye often occurs because of its onset, and it was also called ldquo; congestive glaucoma rdquo; in the past. Pupil block is the main mechanism of this type of glaucoma, that is to say, the majority of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma are pupil block, but there are a few patients who are non-pupil block.
