Painful ophthalmoplegia

Painful ophthalmoplegia, also known as painful ophthalmoplegia, painful ophthalmoplegia syndrome, Tolosa-Hunt syndrome, is a non-specific chronic inflammation of the cavernous sinus and its vicinity. Pain and ophthalmoplegia are the syndromes.
