Orbital fractures can occur alone, or are similar to other maxillofacial fractures, such as zygomatic fractures, frontal fractures, or maxillary Le Fort II and III fractures. The orbital bone fractures encountered clinically include orbital floor fractures, superior orbital edge fractures, orbital parietal fractures, and orbital and lateral fractures. Among them, orbital floor fractures have certain characteristics in diagnosis and treatment.
