Serum ca125
Sugar chain polypeptide antigen 125, also known as carbohydrate antigen 125 and cancer antigen 125, is a carbohydrate tumor-associated antigen and a macromolecular polysaccharide, which mainly exists in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and patient blood. Glycopeptide antigen detection is mainly used to assist the diagnosis of malignant serous ovarian cancer and ovarian epithelial cancer. Glycopeptide antigen 125 is closely related to the size of lesions in ovarian cancer patients. It is also an indicator of curative effect observation and judgment of recurrence after surgical resection and chemotherapy.
