Aseptic osteochondritis
Sterile costal chondritis is a non-specific, non-purulent costal chondritis inflammatory disease, which is more common clinically. The main clinical manifestations are localized pain of costal cartilage. If the pain area swells, it is called Tietze disease. Tietze first reported the disease in 1921, so it was called Tietze disease. Aseptic osteochondritis is more common in young people and more common in women. Before the onset, there was a history of respiratory infections. The lesions mostly invaded a single costal cartilage. The affected costal cartilage swelled and swelled. The local tenderness was obvious, but there was no epidermal red fever sign when bacterial infection.
