Hemangiolipoma
Angiolipoma is a lobulated adipose tissue tumor with a clear envelope, which is characterized by intravascular tumor proliferation and often pain. The disease occurs in the forearm and waist, single or multiple, often symmetrically distributed. Generally slow growth, about 1/3 of patients have varying degrees of fatigue, fatigue and significant backache. More common in the upper limbs and trunk subcutaneously, occasionally in the viscera, intracranial and spinal canal. Tumors are more common in young men. Growth is quite slow and generally does not require treatment and can be surgically removed if necessary.
