Pulmonary schistosomiasis

Pulmonary schistosomiasis (pulmonary schistosomiasis) is caused by the migration, development, and parasitization of schistosomiasis larvae and adults in the lungs, or the deposition of their eggs in the lung tissues. In addition to the clinical symptoms of schistosomiasis, it is often manifested as respiratory symptoms such as fever, cough, expectoration, hemoptysis, chest pain, or asthma.
