Progressive bulbar palsy

Progressive medulla (bulbar) paralysis is a degenerative disease of the medullary and pontine cranial motor nucleus, a type of motor neuron disease, with progressive difficulty swallowing, unarticulated sounds, and weakness of the facial and chewing muscles.
