Agranulocytosis
In the case of agranulocytosis, because the granulocytes in the blood are extremely reduced or completely absent, it is easy to be combined with severe infections, the condition is critical, and the mortality is high. Active rescue is required. Before the advent of antibiotics, the mortality rate was as high as 90-95%. Since the application of antibiotics, it has fallen to 20%, but early diagnosis and early treatment are still needed.
