Styloid process syndrome
Styloid process syndrome is a general term for symptoms such as pharyngeal foreign body sensation, sore throat or reflex earaches, head and neck pain, and increased salivary glands caused by styloid processes that are too long or their orientation and morphology irritating adjacent vascular nerves. Common in adults.
