Atrioventricular block

High-grade atrioventricular block refers to atrioventricular block with an atrioventricular conduction ratio exceeding 2: 1, manifested as 3: 1, 4: 1, 5: 1, etc. Atrioventricular node, Heath bundle and bundle branch-Purple system. High-level atrioventricular block can be divided into two types according to the location of the block: (1) Type I: Most occur at the level of the atrioventricular node, and a few are at the proximal end of the His bundle. (2) Type Ⅱ: Block at the distal end of the bundle and the branch of the bundle.
