Chlamydia trachomatis pneumonia is an inflammation of the lungs caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. Chlamydia trachomatis is mainly the cause of trachoma and reproductive system infections in humans, which can occasionally cause lung infections in newborns and adults with immunosuppression.
