Inflammatory bowel disease arthritis-related scleritis

Crohn disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) are collectively referred to as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). They are idiopathic, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, and are a type of inflammation that is distinct from a well-known cause. Enteric disease, which can be accompanied by peripheral arthritis and spinal disease. CD is a chronic, focal, asymmetric, and perforating granulomatous inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract that can occur in any part of the digestive tract. The most commonly affected sites are the terminal ileum and cecum. UC is a chronic, superficial inflammation of the diffuse, continuous mucosal and submucosal layers of the colon, which is more common in the rectum and sigmoid colon.
