Acute simple traumatic low back and leg pain
Acute traumatic low back pain is mainly caused by injuries to the spine's ligaments and bones, and there are few muscle involvement. Slight vertebral compression fractures or articular process fractures are often ignored due to minor trauma or insignificant symptoms, and chronic low back pain. More than 90% of acute simple traumatic spondylotic low back and leg pains occur in the sacroiliac joints of the lumbosacral region. Sometimes the lesions occur singly in one place, and sometimes occur simultaneously in two places. Therefore, simple traumatic spondylosis of lumbar and leg pain can be divided into three types: lumbar and sacral joint injury; sacroiliac joint injury; and lumbosacral and sacroiliac joint injuries.
