Adaptation disorder
Adjustment disorder is caused by a long-term stressor or difficult situation, coupled with a patient's personality defect, causing emotional disorders such as distress, depression, and maladaptive behaviors (such as withdrawal, inattention to health, irregular life, etc.) Physiological dysfunction (such as poor sleep, lack of appetite, etc.) and a chronic psychogenic disorder that impairs social functioning. Adaptation disorders occur as a result of the combined effects of psychosocial stress factors and individual qualities.
