Nerve neuralgia

It is relatively rare clinically, and because patients are often ashamed to state the symptoms here, fewer patients come to the clinic. The pudendal nerve comes from the pudendal plexus, and the nerve fibers are composed of the anterior branches of the phrenic nerves 2, 3, and 4 and contain many parasympathetic nerve fibers. It accompanies the internal genital arteries, leaves the pelvis from the lower edge of the piriformis muscle, bypasses the sciatic spine and returns to the pelvic cavity through the sciatic foramen. The perineal tube (also known as the Olcok tube, which is composed of the obturator myofascial fascia) reaches the perineum. It emits the following branches in the sciatic rectal fossa (medial edge of the near sciatic tuberosity): 1. Perineal nerve (1) Superficial branch: up to the scrotum (labia) and the skin behind the perineum, also known as the posterior nerve of the scrotum (labia). (2) Deep branches: distributed to the anterior sphincter and perineal muscles. 2. The inferior rectal nerve is distributed in the external anal sphincter and perineal muscles. 3. The dorsal nerve of the penis (the clitoris) is distributed on the skin of the penis (the clitoris).
