Sprained ankle
Mild ankle sprains loosened or partially torn ligaments; severe ankle sprains were completely broken, with ankle subluxation, or fracture and dislocation. After an ankle sprain, the patient has pain, swelling, and anterior, inferior or inferior lateral heel, and may have petechiae in the acute phase. At this time, doing foot inversion will aggravate the pain, and doing foot eversion can be painless.
