Burn sepsis
It is a common complication after deep burns. It can be a single bacterium or a mixed infection of many bacteria, or even caused by a fungus. Generally, it is a single bacterium in the early stage and mixed infection in the late stage. It usually occurs within 2 weeks after the burn, and the earliest occurs on the second day.
