Congenital insufficiency of intestinal rotation
Congenital insufficiency of the gut includes various lesions caused by incomplete rotation of the midgut in the early embryo when it returns from the yolk sac to the body cavity. Such as duodenal compression, midgut torsion, superior mesenteric artery compression syndrome, or both. Clinical manifestations are high intestinal obstruction.
