Diffuse esophageal spasm

Diffuse esophageal spasm is a disease of esophageal dyskinesia. It is a rare esophageal dyskinesia that can cause dysphagia and chest pain. The lesions are mainly located in the middle and lower parts of the esophagus. Non-propulsive continuous contraction replaced, causing the esophagus to spiral or bead-like contraction.
