Pectoralis major skin flap reconstruction laryngopharynx
The advantage of the pectoralis major skin flap is that it can provide a larger area of skin flaps in one stage, which can be used to restore the wound after resection of laryngopharyngeal cancer and cervical esophageal cancer. For transplantation, the donor site can be directly sutured without skin grafting.
