Bronchial pneumonia in children
Bronchial pneumonia is a major common disease in children, especially in infants and young children. It is also the main cause of death during infancy. Bronchopneumonia is also known as lobular pneumonia. Pneumonia occurs mostly during the cold winter and spring seasons and when the climate changes suddenly, but summer is no exception. In some areas of South China, they are more common in the summer. After the illness, the immunity is not lasting and it is easy to be infected again. Bronchopneumonia is caused by bacteria or viruses.
