Community acquired pneumonia

Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) refers to infectious pulmonary parenchymal inflammation that occurs outside the hospital, including pneumonia that develops during a mean incubation period after infection with pathogens with a defined incubation period. According to different clinical manifestations, it is divided into typical pneumonia and atypical pneumonia, and the two also have different pathogenic and drug choices. Typical pneumonias are also commonly known as lobar pneumonia, while atypical pneumonias are generally used to describe pneumonia with more general symptoms than respiratory symptoms, or pneumonia caused by pathogens other than bacteria, such as mycoplasma pneumonia , Chlamydia pneumonia and so on.
