Inguinal hernia
A sliding inguinal hernia refers to a hernia of the hernia sac that protrudes from the inguinal canal and / or its mesangial component. The right side of the organ that slides out is the cecum and the left side is the sigmoid colon. The serosa of the cecum or sigmoid colon constitutes the posterior wall of the hernia sac, and turns back to the sides to form the sides and anterior wall of the hernia sac. Sometimes the organs that slip out are the bladder.
