Toe hair is cold and afraid of cold, pale or purple-red is the clinical manifestation of occlusive thrombotic vasculitis. Thrombosis angiitis obliterans (tao) is a kind of segmental distribution that is different from arteriosclerosis. In the case of vascular inflammation, the lesions mainly involve the small and medium arteries and veins in the distal limbs. The pathological manifestations are characteristic inflammatory cell infiltrating thrombi, and there is less involvement of the vascular wall.
