Fall easily
Due to the effects of certain diseases, the clinical manifestations of patients are prone to falls. Gait disorder is one of the reasons for falling easily. Gait refers to the posture of the patient while walking. It is a complex motor process, which requires a high degree of coordination between the nervous system and muscles. It also involves many spinal reflexes and adjustments of the large and small cerebellum, as well as the completeness of various posture reflexes, coordination of sensory systems and motor systems. Observing gait often provides important clues to neurological diseases. Different diseases may have different special gaits, but gait is not the basis for diagnosis, but has reference significance for diagnosis. Attention should be paid to exclude abnormal gait caused by deformities of bones, bones, joints, muscles, blood vessels, skin and subcutaneous tissue.
