Pericardial fluid sign
The apical pulsation is weak or inaccessible. If it can be reached, it is inside the left boundary of the heart dullness. The heart boundary expands to both sides, and the bottom of the heart dullness boundary widens in the lying position. Dullness and bronchial breathing are called Ewart sign.
