Polycystic kidney

Polycystic kidneys are numerous cysts of varying sizes in the parenchyma of the kidney. The large ones can be large, and the small ones can only be seen by the naked eye, which makes the whole volume of the kidney increase, the surface showing uneven cystic protrusions, and the inside of the cyst is light Yellow serous, sometimes dark brown or reddish brown due to bleeding. There are two types of polycystic kidney disease, the autosomal recessive type (infant type) polycystic kidney and the autosomal dominant type (adult type) polycystic kidney.
