Cholangitis
Biliary inflammation is mainly referred to as cholangitis, and cholecystitis is mainly referred to as cholangitis. The two often occur at the same time, and their etiology, pathogenesis and pathological changes are generally the same. Most of them are caused by secondary bacterial infections (mainly E. coli, para E. coli, and staphylococcus) on the basis of cholestasis. Bacteria can reach the biliary tract through the lymphatic or blood tract, and can also retrogradely enter the biliary tract from the intestine through the duodenal papilla. The latter is more common in our country. Can be divided into two types of acute and chronic.
