Fine particle cast

Under certain conditions, the protein and cells or debris filtered out by the kidney can form a cylindrical protein aggregate and be excreted with urine after solidifying in the renal tubule (distal curvature) and collecting tube, which is called a cast. Containing more fine sparse particles is a fine particle tube type.
