Fear of heat
Fever is common in hyperthyroidism, or in children with a constitutional fever. Hyperthyroidism is an autoimmune disease, and its clinical manifestations are not limited to the thyroid gland, but a multisystem syndrome. Diagnostic clinical manifestations pay special attention to fear of heat, sweating, agitation, hyperthyroidism with weight loss, tachycardia at rest, special eye signs, goiter, etc.
