Enlarged head

Progressive abnormal increase in the skull due to increased intracranial pressure is not proportional to the development of the whole body. The forehead is protruded forward, the orbital top is compressed downward, the eyes are down, the eyeballs are turned downward, causing the upper part of the sclera to appear white, the anterior sacrum is enlarged and the tension is increased. In infants and young children, when the sutures are not closed and the intracranial pressure is increased, the head may undergo compensatory enlargement.
