Isotropic blindness
Early symptoms of temporal lobe tumors, visual field changes, when the tumor is located deep in the temporal lobe, because of affecting or destroying the optic bundle or visual radiation, visual field defects in the upper quadrant of the contralateral isotropy may appear at the beginning of the disease. As the tumor continues to grow, quadrant defects can develop into isotropic blindness.
