Motor neuron palsy under symmetrical limbs

Inferior motor neuron paralysis, also known as peripheral paralysis. It is the result of damage to the motor fibers of spinal cord anterior horn cells (or cerebromotor neurons), anterior roots of spinal cord, peripheral spinal nerves, and peripheral neurons. Motor neuron palsy under symmetry of the limbs is caused by motor neuron disease, which manifests as symmetry of lower motor neuron paralysis of the limbs. Motor neuron disease (MND) is a group of unknown causes that selectively damage the anterior horn of the spinal cord and the motor stem nucleus of the brainstem to slowly progress the degenerative neurological disease. The clinical manifestations are paralysis of upper and lower motor neurons of the limbs coexisting, without affecting the sensory system, autonomic nerves, and cerebellar function.
