Disorders of the sleep-wake time program
Ordinary people usually spend 1/3 of a day and night sleeping, that is, falling asleep at night and waking up during the day, forming a sleep-wake rhythm. Sleep-wake rhythm disorders (sleep-wake rhythm disorders) refer to sleep disturbances caused by sleep-wake rhythms that do not conform to conventional rules. The disease is more common in adults, and rare in childhood or adolescents.
