Palms yellow
The color of the palm of a normal person should be a bloody red in the flesh, and the luster of the blood. After eating a lot of carotene-rich foods such as carrots, oranges, and pumpkins, carotene will accumulate in the body, which will cause the skin of the palms and soles to turn yellow, but the color can gradually recover after stopping ingestion. If it is not recoverable, it may be caused by related diseases and should be vigilant.
