Vital signs change

Vital signs are indicators used to judge the severity and criticality of a patient. There are mainly changes in heart rate, pulse, blood pressure, breathing, pupils and corneal reflexes, and so on. The four major signs of life include breathing, temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, which are medically called the four major signs. They are the pillars to maintain the normal activity of the body. They are indispensable.
