Tenderness and tenderness in the renal area

Due to various diseases in the kidney area, hand pressure and knocking on the kidney area can cause pain. Tenderness and tenderness in the renal area are one of the clinical manifestations of renal venous thrombosis. Patients with nephrotic syndrome may have thrombosis due to the hypercoagulable state of the blood, and their clinical manifestations are also highly individualized. RVT may have no specific clinical manifestations and may also have certain clinical symptoms such as fever (17%), acute low back pain (10% to 64%) and tenderness and tenderness in the renal area, sudden hematuria (74%), and elevated serum creatinine B-ultrasounds revealed enlarged kidneys (43%). Patients with nephrotic syndrome should note the possibility of RVT when these symptoms are found. However, most (75%) of RVT have no typical clinical manifestations (chronic or subclinical), and have no obvious relationship with the fluctuation of nephrotic syndrome. Renal venous thrombosis refers to thrombosis in the main and / or branches of the renal vein, which causes partial or complete obstruction of the renal vein, causing a series of pathological changes and clinical manifestations. Renal venous thrombosis can occur unilaterally or bilaterally, and the site of occurrence may have a single branch or multiple branches of the trunk, and it may coexist with thrombosis of other organ vessels. Acute renal venous main thrombosis can be complicated by acute renal failure. The clinical manifestations of chronic renal venous thrombosis are not obvious. There is sufficient time to form collateral circulation to improve renal venous return. Most renal insufficiency is reversible.
