Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis
Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis refers to women with simple candida vulvovaginitis. After treatment, clinical symptoms and signs disappear. After negative mycological tests, symptoms appear again. Mycological tests are positive and can be called Candida vulvovaginitis recurs. Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is called 4 or more episodes within 1 year. It is a common and refractory disease common in gynecology at present. The etiology is very complicated, and the factors that cause recurrence are wider. It is estimated that 5% of adult women have relapsed refractory candida vulvovaginitis.
