Tremor of tongue
When the patient is at a standstill, the tongue trembles involuntarily. It manifests as slow rhythmic tremor, 4 to 6 tremors per second, the amplitude is uncertain, and it will worsen when you are nervous. Many patients are also accompanied by orthostatic tremor of 5 to 8 times per second.
