Anal papillitis
Anal papillitis is mainly manifested as a foreign body sensation usually felt in the anus. As the nipples proliferate and enlarge, the nipples can come out of the anus during defecation. Small nipples can then return to the anus by themselves, and large ones need to be pushed back into the anus by hand. If it is not reset in time, it can cause anal edema and pain. When the enlarged nipple is stimulated or ulcerated, it can increase the secretion of the anal glands, causing the anus to be wet and itchy.
