Obsessive spondylitis
Ankylosing sporidylitis (AS) is a chronic progressive inflammatory disease that mainly invades the spine and can affect the sacroiliac and surrounding joints to varying degrees. This disease is also known as Marie-strümpell disease, Von Bechterew disease, rheumatoid spondylitis, deformed spondylitis, rheumatoid center type, etc., and is now called AS. AS is characterized by inflammation and ossification of lumbar, cervical, and thoracic spinal joints and ligaments, as well as sacroiliac joints. Hip joints are often affected, and inflammation can occur in other peripheral joints. The disease is generally negative for rheumatoid factor, so it is sero-negative spondylosis with Reiter syndrome, psoriasis arthritis, and enteric arthritis.
