Forehead and sacrum prominent

The clinical symptoms of acromegaly are often manifested as prominent forehead and sacrum. Acromegaly is an abnormally proliferative skin and bone disease caused by excessive growth hormone secretion from the pituitary gland due to hyperplasia or tumor.
