Umbilical round redness
Redness and swelling of the neonatal umbilical wheel indicate inflammation and must be treated immediately. Because the umbilical fossa is slightly wet and the temperature is suitable, it is a good base for the growth and reproduction of bacteria. If the newborn's umbilical cord is not strictly disinfected during delivery, or if care is not taken during parental care, it will cause umbilical inflammation, bleeding, exudation, pus, and umbilical round swelling.
