Beer belly
The average man has about 30 billion fat cells in his body, and these cells will gain weight as he gets older. Therefore, almost every man who gains weight after the age of 30, plus his genes, hormones and slowed metabolism, will have an impact on his abdomen. Generally speaking, adolescents have "beer belly", often because of excess nutrition; for middle-aged people, sleep quality is the main cause.
