Subcutaneous fat granules
Fat granules are small white pimples that grow on the skin, about the size of a needle, and look like a small piece of white sesame, usually on the face, especially around the eyes of women. Fat granules are caused by tiny wounds on the skin, and a small white cyst is formed during the skin's self-repair process. It may also be because the sebum is covered by the keratin and cannot be normally discharged to the epidermis, thereby accumulating white particles formed in the skin.
